Earth Servers

Constitution

The governing philosophy, principles, and commitments of Earth Servers and its community

Established 2026 — Kamloops, British Columbia

Preamble

We, the founders and community of Earth Servers, recognizing that every human being carries an inherent and irreducible dignity; that systems of debt, fear, and institutional control have been constructed to suppress that dignity for profit; that technology is a force capable of liberation or enslavement depending solely on the values of those who build it; and that the wisdom traditions of humanity — across cultures, continents, and centuries — converge on a single truth: that the sacred is not distant but present, dwelling within every person and woven into the fabric of creation itself — do hereby establish this Constitution as the governing philosophy of Earth Servers, binding upon its founders, its products, and its community, for the purpose of building systems that serve the Earth and its people rather than ruling over them.

✦ ✦ ✦
ON THE DIGNITY OF PERSONS

Every human being, without exception, carries within them a sacred dignity that is not conferred by any government, institution, corporation, or individual, and which cannot be revoked by the same. This dignity exists prior to achievement, independent of circumstance, and regardless of what any system has told the person they are worth.

Earth Servers holds that human beings are participants in the divine nature, not possessors of it. We are of the source, not the source itself. The relationship is one of a child to a parent, a branch to a vine, a wave to the ocean — distinct in form, inseparable in essence. This position rejects both the arrogance of self-deification and the diminishment of human worth.

a.Every encounter between human beings occurs on sacred ground and shall be treated accordingly within all Earth Servers platforms and communities.
b.No system, product, or policy created under the Earth Servers name shall be designed to diminish, exploit, or commodify the dignity of any person.
c.The sacred spark recognized in human beings extends to all creation. Earth Servers acknowledges the interconnectedness of human, animal, and environmental wellbeing as inseparable concerns.
ON THE PURPOSE OF STRUGGLE

This world is understood to be a place of refinement — not a punishment, not an accident, but a forge in which persons are shaped through experience, challenge, creativity, and choice. Difficulty is recognized as a mechanism of growth, not evidence of abandonment.

Earth Servers draws from the ancient concept of kenosis — the willing self-emptying of the divine into the limited, the infinite into the mortal — as a foundational metaphor. The limitations of human life are understood not as defects but as the conditions under which growth, connection, and meaning become possible.

a.Earth Servers shall never promote escapism, nihilism, or the abdication of responsibility as responses to difficulty.
b.All products and communities shall be designed to empower persons to engage with challenge constructively rather than to numb, distract, or withdraw from it.
c.Creative expression, play, and surprise are recognized as essential functions of the proving ground, not luxuries. They shall be honored and facilitated.
ON LIBERATION FROM EXPLOITATIVE SYSTEMS

Earth Servers recognizes that the majority of human beings exist within interlocking systems of debt, surveillance, institutional fear, and extractive economics designed to maintain dependency and suppress autonomy. These systems constitute a form of bondage that is no less real for being normalized.

Liberation from exploitative systems shall be pursued exclusively through the construction of superior alternatives — not through destruction, violence, or retaliation. A broken system is not defeated by attacking it but by building something that renders it irrelevant.

Earth Servers holds that truth is arrived at through open inquiry, honest exchange, and the free movement of information. No institution, platform, or authority shall be empowered to serve as permanent gatekeeper over what may be discussed, questioned, or examined. The Spirit of truth guides through exposure to all things, not through the suppression of some things.

a.No Earth Servers product shall be designed to create or deepen dependency, debt, or informational asymmetry.
b.Financial systems under the Earth Servers name shall operate on provable solvency, transparent economics, and the elimination of fractional-reserve leverage.
c.Communications platforms shall employ end-to-end encryption and shall not harvest, sell, or exploit user data.
d.Earth Servers shall advocate for information freedom while maintaining that the method of sharing information must be guided by love, discernment, and genuine concern for the wellbeing of persons.
ON AWAKENING AND EFFECTIVENESS

Earth Servers exists to awaken persons to the dignity, power, and responsibility that already resides within them. This awakening is understood not as a single event but as an ongoing process of recognizing one's worth, engaging with one's purpose, and refusing to remain passive in a world designed to keep people asleep.

Passive participation — showing up without impact, holding beliefs without acting on them, occupying space without producing healing or refreshment — is recognized as a form of failure. Drawing from the ancient Laodicean metaphor: hot water heals, cold water refreshes, but lukewarm water is functionally useless and will be rejected. Effectiveness, not enthusiasm, is the measure of a living faith or philosophy.

a.Earth Servers shall measure itself by impact — lives changed, chains broken, dignity restored — not by metrics of attendance, engagement, or growth for their own sake.
b.Community members are encouraged to identify and exercise their unique capacity for healing or refreshment, and to refuse the comfort of lukewarm participation.
c.The works of those who came before us set the floor, not the ceiling. Greater works are not only possible but expected.
ON THE PROHIBITION OF FEAR AS A TOOL

Fear shall not be employed as a tool of persuasion, conversion, control, or compliance within any Earth Servers platform, product, community, or communication. This prohibition is absolute and admits no exception.

Perfect love dissolves fear. The goodness of truth draws people toward it freely; any truth that requires terror to compel acceptance is either not true or not being shared truthfully. A person convinced through fear is not a disciple but a hostage. A system maintained through fear is not a community but a prison.

In place of fear, Earth Servers commits to the following instruments of persuasion:

a.Gentleness — all communication shall be conducted with respect for the autonomy and intelligence of the recipient.
b.Honesty — what we believe shall be shared openly and without apology, but also without manipulation or coercion.
c.Demonstration — the most persuasive argument is a working example. We shall build what we believe and let the results speak.
d.Love — we wake people up by showing them what they are worth, never by telling them what they deserve to lose.
ON FORGIVENESS AND RECONCILIATION

Forgiveness is recognized as the primary mechanism by which conflicts are resolved, communities are healed, and the unity between persons becomes real rather than theoretical. It is not optional, sentimental, or conditional. It is structural.

Forgiveness, as understood by Earth Servers, is not the erasure of harm or the pretense that nothing occurred. It is the deliberate decision to absorb the cost of reconciliation rather than perpetuating the cycle of retribution. It is the willingness to go first — to extend what has not yet been earned — because someone always must.

a.Earth Servers shall not construct or participate in systems that categorize persons as permanently irredeemable.
b.Conflict resolution within the community shall prioritize restoration over punishment.
c.The founders commit to modeling forgiveness publicly, including acknowledgment of their own errors and the extension of reconciliation to those with whom they disagree.
ON THE PRODUCTS AND THEIR PURPOSE

Every product within the Earth Servers ecosystem shall exist as a direct expression of the principles enumerated in this Constitution. Philosophy without practice is lukewarm water. The following products are established as instruments of this Constitution:

EarthSocial — a social platform built on community ownership and genuine human connection, rejecting surveillance capitalism and attention extraction.
Company — peer-to-peer encrypted communications ensuring that the conversations of persons remain sovereign and inviolable.
Earth Reclaim — a privacy-first browser restoring digital sovereignty to the user.
Rotocoin / CuteHeart — a settlement protocol operating on provable solvency, 200% over-collateralization, and transparent economics, designed to absorb institutional debt and liberate persons from fractional-reserve exploitation.
EarthGame — a creative engine honoring play as sacred practice and collaborative world-building as rehearsal for the world we intend to inhabit.

Any product, feature, or policy proposed under the Earth Servers name shall be evaluated against a single standard: does this serve the person, or does it extract from them? If it extracts, it shall not be built. If it serves, it shall be built with excellence.

ON STEWARDSHIP OF CREATION

Humanity's original relationship to the Earth is understood as one of service (abad) and guardianship (shamar), not ownership or dominion in the exploitative sense. Earth Servers adopts this posture as binding upon all its operations.

Stewardship extends to the land, the waters, the atmosphere, all living creatures, and the digital environments we construct. The health of the human, the animal, and the Earth are recognized as inseparable. A system that prospers at the expense of any of these is not prosperity but theft.

a.Earth Servers shall pursue carbon-negative operations and renewable energy infrastructure as outlined in its Vision 2042 and Vision 2056 statements.
b.No product or policy shall be implemented that knowingly degrades the natural environment for the sake of efficiency or profit.
c.The motto of Earth Servers — "We don't desire to rule the Earth. Only to serve it." — is recognized not as marketing language but as constitutional law.
