Our Promise
We would rather earn one honest user than trick ten. Earth Servers promises to describe our products as they really are, to price them plainly, and to never use deception to win attention, sign-ups, or money. This page applies to everything EarthServers Inc. publishes: our websites, store pages, social posts, emails, videos, app descriptions, and anything said on our behalf.

1. We Tell the Truth About Our Products
- No claims we can't back up. If we say a product does something, it does it today. Plans and ideas are labeled as plans and ideas.
- Honest status labels. Alpha, beta, early access, and experimental products are called that, everywhere we promote them. Screenshots and demos show the real product, or are clearly marked as mockups.
- Precise privacy and security language. We do not use words like "unhackable," "military-grade," or "completely anonymous." When we describe encryption or privacy features, we say what is protected, what is not, and what we can and cannot see.
- Fair comparisons. If we compare ourselves to another product, we use accurate, current facts and say where the other product is better.
2. We Don't Fake Proof
- No fake, purchased, or invented reviews, ratings, testimonials, or user counts.
- No pretending to be users, and no sockpuppet or undisclosed accounts promoting our work. When we or our team speak about our products, we say who we are.
- No buying followers, likes, installs, or engagement.
- Testimonials are used only with the person's permission and are quoted accurately.
- Any paid or rewarded promotion, including by creators and community members, must be clearly disclosed as such.
3. We Don't Pressure You
- No fake countdown timers, fake "limited stock," or invented deadlines. If an offer really ends, we say when, and it really ends then.
- No guilt-trip wording on buttons (for example, "No, I don't care about privacy").
- No pre-ticked boxes that sign you up for things, and no hidden extras added to a purchase.
- No design that makes cancelling, unsubscribing, or deleting your account harder than signing up.
4. Pricing Is Plain
- The price shown is the price you pay, apart from taxes where the law requires them to be added later, and we say so.
- Free means free. If a feature needs a paid plan, we say so before you invest time in it.
- Recurring charges are stated clearly, with the amount and the billing period, before you pay.
- Price changes are announced before they take effect.
5. We Respect Your Inbox and Your Data
- We send marketing email only to people who asked for it, and every message has a working unsubscribe link that we honor promptly.
- We do not buy or rent contact lists, and we do not sell your personal information.
- We do not use private messages or private content from our platforms for advertising.
- We do not secretly track you across other sites to market to you.
We aim to follow the laws that apply to us, including Canadian rules on deceptive marketing and anti-spam law.
6. We Protect Young People
We do not design marketing to exploit children or teenagers, and we do not use manipulative mechanics aimed at young players, such as pressure to spend or to keep playing. Our marketing for games and community spaces will be honest about what is in the product and what costs money.
7. Our Environmental Claims Are Earned
Our mission describes where we hope to go. Mission and vision statements are goals, not statements of present fact. We will not say that our servers are renewable-powered, carbon-negative, or that our community has produced real-world conservation results unless we can show the measurement behind it, and we will say exactly what was measured.
8. We Are Open About AI
If marketing content such as an image, video, voice, or testimonial-style text is generated by AI, we do not present it as a real person's work or a real customer's words. We label AI-generated media where leaving it unlabeled could mislead you.
9. Fixing Mistakes
If something we published turns out to be wrong or misleading, we will correct it, say what changed, and not quietly delete the evidence. To report marketing you believe is inaccurate or misleading, email [email protected]. We will reply and, where you are right, fix it.
Together, we build virtual worlds that heal the real one.
